Dear
Staff Members of the Medical University of Innsbruck,
As
part of the Exercise is Medicine on Campus initiative at the Medical University of Innsbruck, we invite you to participate in this survey.
The
aim is to learn more about your exercise behaviour and your current use of the University's existing
sports and exercise offers, as well as your preferences for
future offerings.
The
survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is open to
everyone, regardless of whether you are more or less regularly physically
active. Your feedback is important to us.
At
the end of the survey, you have the chance to enter a prize draw to win
vouchers from Alfa Sports & Spa, the University Sports Institute (USI), and
pool passes from Innsbrucker Kommunalbetriebe AG.
We,
the Exercise is Medicine on Campus team, want to promote physical activity as
an integral part of everyday university life. Our goal is to support the health
and well-being of all staff through tailored exercise and wellness programs.
Thank
you for taking the time to participate in the survey.
Your Exercise is Medicine on Campus Team
Univ.-Prof. Dr. Anne Hecksteden,
Univ. Prof. PD Dr. Katharina Hüfner, Univ.-Prof. Dr. Martin Kopp, Stefanie Schöttl PhD
